Sia has over 30 years of experience in the development of health technology and related solutions with progressive senior commercial and business leadership roles globally. He was the global leader for Technology Management Services of GE Healthcare based out of Chicago. Prior, he was the President & CEO of GE Healthcare for Asia Pacific in Korea, leading growth through transformation of the core business serving hospitals into a leading technology solution provider for biologic drug production in partnership with Samsung Biologics and Celltrion.

In GE, Sia held leadership roles in customer experience, change management consulting for technology adoption and implementation including leading digital health start-ups funded by the GE innovation fund. He has led regional commercial and business turn-around / transformational roles. Sia’s responsibilities have demanded close working relationships with clinical, private sector and government executives across the world to ensure favourable outcomes for physicians and healthcare delivery institutions serving patients.

Sia has been a hands-on player in the footprint expansion and adoption of digital health having led the clinical software and enterprise solutions business of GE Healthcare for the global growth markets. His expertise includes operational due-diligence and integration of newly acquired entities in merger investments.

Sia attended the University of British Columbia and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Physics and a master’s degree in clinical engineering. He has also completed his Executive MBA sponsored by GE Healthcare.

Siavash was the EVP of R&D at Wells Fargo from March 2020 until December 2021. Prior to that, he was the President & CEO of mimik from January 2014 until January 2020. Prior to mimik he was the Group R&D Director for Vodafone in London, UK where he managed R&D, corporate venture and IPR for the entire group. Before Vodafone, he was an Intel Fellow and CTO of The Mobile Wireless Group in Santa Clara, California. Prior to Intel he was the CTO at the start-up company Vivato (the first smart antenna Wi-Fi company) and before Vivato, he worked in various capacities at Cadence Design Systems, AT&T Wireless, and MPR Teltech.

He has been awarded the prestigious 2022 Marconi Prize in recognition of his contribution to global wireless device accessibility. The outspoken innovator is most well known as the inventor of the Alamouti Code, adopted in almost all wireless standards globally and included in billions of wireless devices. He has dedicated his career to developing and promoting technologies that enhance people’s lives. He has received more than 20,000 citations for his scientific work and has received multiple industry awards. Siavash’s 1998 paper in IEEE JSAC Publication was selected by IEEE Communication Society for publication in “The Best of the Best: Fifty Years of Communications and Networking Research.”

Siavash has been the leading champion for ground-breaking and highly impactful technologies such as Device-First Hybrid Edge Cloud, OFDM/MIMO, 4G, 5G cellular communications, WiFi and WiGig. He has contributed extensively to global telecommunication and internet standards, and has participated in lobbying for spectrum reform globally. Since 2014, he has been focused on device-first hybrid edge cloud computing, and Agentic AI through Device-First Continuum AI (DFC-AI). Siavash has a reputation for passionately pushing the industry to new limits of the technology for the benefit of mankind.

Siavash received B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, in 1989 and 1991, respectively, where he received the Applied Science Dean Medal of Honor.

Amir Neshat is the Founder and Chairman of LIBERTY Dental Plan, where he built one of the most respected organizations in the healthcare industry by championing innovation and excellence in dental care. Under his leadership, LIBERTY grew from a small California HMO with a few hundred members into one of the nation’s largest dental health plans, now serving more than 8 million members across the United States.

A highly regarded healthcare and health insurance executive, Amir has led the development and implementation of value-based care programs across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial managed care. His work includes introducing disease management models, supporting managed care organizations and state agencies in designing integrated medical and dental benefit structures, and advancing population health research and outcomes-driven care.

Known for fostering collaborative, transparent, and accountable cultures, Amir is a visionary entrepreneur focused on transforming healthcare from a reactive system to one centered on proactive, preventative, and holistic wellness. His passion for longevity and preventive health continues through his work as an investor and board member of multiple innovative healthcare companies dedicated to expanding access and improving long-term health outcomes.

Amir earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of California, San Diego.

Randall brings more than 30 years of experience across the healthcare and insurance industries. His expertise spans corporate strategy, governance, finance, and operations, with senior leadership roles in both privately held healthcare businesses and publicly traded insurance organizations.

Randall previously served as Chief Financial Officer of InterDent Service Corporation, LIBERTY Dental Plan, and the U.S. Insurance Solutions division of Principal Financial Group. He also served as President of Acuity Eye Group and as Chief Financial Officer of OptumHealth Care Solutions, United Behavioral Health, and Cigna Behavioral Health.

Beyond his professional career, Randall is deeply committed to community service. He currently serves as Board Member and Treasurer of AbleLight, a nonprofit supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, and as Board Member of TURN Behavioral Health, which promotes wellness, recovery, and resilience through behavioral health services.

He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Ronn brings more than 20 years of marketing and brand leadership experience across the hospitality, nightlife, and entertainment industries. He began his Las Vegas career at Wynn Las Vegas, where he advanced through increasingly senior marketing roles and helped shape the marketing of nightlife destinations including XS Nightclub and Intrigue Nightclub.

Ronn later served as Senior Vice President of Creative Strategy for the nightlife division of Palms Casino Resort during the property’s $620 million renovation. In 2020, he joined Zouk Group as Vice President of Marketing and became part of the core leadership team that launched the brand in the Las Vegas market.

He was subsequently promoted to Chief Marketing Officer of Resorts World Las Vegas, where he oversaw advertising, digital marketing, social media, creative, public relations, and sponsorship strategy. His team helped lead the award-winning “Rule the World” brand campaign.

In 2025, Ronn was appointed Chief Marketing and Experience Officer of The Meruelo Group, overseeing brand strategy, marketing, and guest experience initiatives across its hospitality and entertainment portfolio. His work combines brand storytelling, integrated marketing, partnerships, and customer experience to connect brands with their audiences.
